Yeah but can Dick, Donald and Conde do all that dancing? Actually I think Conde is quite musical but what about the the two old white men.

Bravo, Google! Such attempts at fishing expeditions have to be stopped before they start. And this one starts "innocuously" enough, for data that has no identifiers. Soon, they'll be demanding identifiers.
I'm tempted to give up my Yahoo e-mail and go to my G-mail account, but I have to wonder if that will be futile if the Supremes do end up putting the hammer on Google.

Actually it's rumored that Powell left the administration cuz he couldn't dance.
Now seriously, this is a problem. Do you Yanks realize this is costing American businesses money. I was chatting with some classmates who work in Telecom and the consensus is that Canadian companies that route email etc. through the US may be violating Canadian/European Privacy Laws concerning their client's confidential information due to the wide powers the PATRIOT Act gives your government.
Annectdotally a guy told me that they've had to review contracts that are worth millions and millions. I guess that's why the US has been kinda quiet lately about the Chinese doing things like this on their segment of the 'net.
