If cake is good enough for Marie Antoinette, it's good enough for me!
... anyway, what's this alluding to? *sigh*
I'm feeling again like the clueless kid missing all the pop-culture references, and this drags me back emotionally to high school, and you DON'T want to drag me back to high school {grin}

Eddie Izzard. And if you have not seen his stand up Grey you are missing out. He is the most talented cross-dresser performing stand up today. Of course he's English so that does make him an acquired taste. But I fell so hard for his comedy after seeing his HBO special that I went out and gathered up any recording I could find. When I need a quick laugh and I'm not in the mood for Python or Carlin, Eddie fits the bill.

What LL said. The stand up is called "Dress to Kill" and should be available at your local videostore if you're interested. In it, he discusses a wide range of topics, like San Francisco, Religions, French, Scrabble, Puberty, British movies vs. American movies, etc. The poll's question comes from a segment in which he talks about how forgiving the Church of England is.
Edited to add: And who chose death? We're not talking about the character you know, or of DC "deaths" that last about three seconds.
