You people leave Ron-Karr alone! He's fine the way he is. And that dorky outfit and haircut he maintained from Adventure through the end of Levitz sort of had that dorky anti-fashion "emo" thing going anyway. He sets the trends, slowly, and does not follow them. When it was all cool to go around trying to kill Legionnaires, did he jump on the bandwagon. No, he chickened out like always. Strength of character, that's what he had.

Well, since Jimmy Olsen is most likely done with it, why not have Ron-Karr become the 31st c. Elastic Lad and put him in the Subs where he belongs?

OOOhhhh I got it! Ron-Karr is from a world where everyone is 2-Dimensional, but he has the amazing power to become 3-D!
So he goes to try-out for the Legion as 3-D Lad!

You know, I actually kind of dig the 2D-world idea.

Hey could be like Avril Lavigine and wear wife beaters and neck ties. Or he could be like Ashlee Simpson and wear a t-shirt that says indie-rock to therefore demonstrate that he is. What do people think about the names "Thin Vin(Vinnie)" or "Flat Matt"?

his 2-d world/dimension is the natural enemy of the 5th dimensional imps (Mxypltyk, Quisp, Jonny Thunder's Thunderbolt, etc)
Ron Karr is his world's hero, where he's perfected the super-linear sciences that reduce a fifth-dimensional entity to a mere 3-d person (5 minus 2 equals 3)
in addition, Ron Karr is able to give nasty paper cuts to 3-d foes in his super-linear form (which also has the added benefit of near-invisibility if he's sideways)
and as for a name? i guess 2-Boy is out?
