Hi! After last year's fun experience (you may remember it from this thread: http://www.legionworld.net/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=2;t=001049#000000), I just announced on my blog a new competition for amateur artists. Long story short, it comes to choosing the cover of a DC comic book that portrays the Legion of Super-Heroes (on the blog I linked a lot of web galleries to make a quick search in that direction) and "reinvent" it freely. The winner will receive these comic books: DC Universe # 0 and Final Crisis: Legion of 3 Worlds # 1-5, forming a single story illustrated by George Pérez. Anyone intending to participate may send their work via email at info AT glamazonia DOT it. The deadline is Sunday, October 31, 2010. Good luck! The homage to the Wildfire LSH Annual #7 cover is EASILY the best of the lot. Anatomical errors (as I think you blame for not awarding it the prize) are forgivable since Wildfire doesn't really have anatomy - all but the Coipel design for him basically amount to "a hot-air balloon in roughly human shape", after all.
