I think I was expecting a Levitz/ Davis blockbuster take on the period. Instead, it happily aligned itself to some of the side tales around the book at the time. Not to say it's not worth the read though.

It was no doubt a lot more work for them to weave their story into the continuity. I'd have been quite happy with Davis drawn Kang battles. smile
