My breakfast is a protein shake and a cup of coffee. That's really all I ever have time for. On Christmas morning, I make eggs benedict as a special treat.

A protein shake, eh? Hmm...
Semi, you need to make some more time for a healthier breakfast. I know I'm not one to talk since I typically skip breakfast entirely, but I always was better with dispensing advice than following it.

I would so L-O-V-E a cup of decent coffee right now! It's freeeeeezing outside and we just walked home from town (all of 3/4 a mile so not far really )as there were no taxis to be seen! Cramer, have you any extra caffiene, extra hot, extra yummy suggestions for this poor cold soul? (no chocolate though please)

Howz the new job working out? It's working out great Kent, thanks for asking! They've piled a lot of work my way, but the big boss told me the other day its because they trust me and I'm moving along faster than they thought, so I guess its a pretty good thing. How about you, how's everything? Will you be making it into NYC for the Christmas lights soon? Oh, and a cup of coffee sounds great right about now...

Stuff a goose in there somewhere, and you've got a deal. (And a bacon garnish, natch...)

Definitely too much for me, especially since I rarely eat breakfast as it is. I guess I could go for some toast with orange marmalade and maybe some scrambled eggs. Oh, and some milk and OJ.

I was reading that and thinking an Italian Roast beef would be good. No coffee for me in the evening.
