With like cool sayings or designs on them? Is there like some online place that lets you make cool t-shirts?
I need to get some ideas cracking for San Diego. Starting with my "Bring back Matter-Eater Lad" t-shirt or "Whizzy the Super-Cat Rules" shirt.

Funny you should ask... I found a place that could make some t-shirts, with a Legion crest. I got one for Scott, and he hasn't beaten me up yet... If folks want, I can place an order and have them for the convention. Let me know what you think.
Just spouting off.

Still waiting for Caroline to take a picture of me in mine. For the plus sized crowd.

That looks great! But would there be problems with DC if a bunch of us showed up in those shirts?

as long as we're not selling them, there shouldn't be any problem. They'd look pretty silly going after a bunck of fans who printed up a handful of shirts as a sort of 'club uniform.'
They've never clamped down on artist sketches for sale using their characters. Same thing, basically.
I recall prior San D cons where fan campaigns, including "Marvel can suck my ----" were being worn by hundreds of people, using the official Marvel logo, and no legalities resulted (this was back in the days when Marvel had a strong presence at the Con, too, and definitely would have seen them). There are other examples, too.
So even if we number 30 and all have these shirts, I can't imagine any stink, unless CJ starts selling them in the parking lot.
The childhood friend Exnihil never had.

I checked it out with a friend before hand...
As long as they aren't sold or used to promote non-DC endorsed media (meaning no Legion World,) there's not much difference than someone making a homemade Superman costume.
We can give shirts away, but we can't sell them, even for cost.
Just spouting off.

There are some legion custom-made in ebay - I got one - timber Wolf Symbol with orange T-shirt - it is nice! You can contact the Ebay seller to see if he can get you one - I happen to know that they have the following legion symbol - Ultra Boy's, Sun boy's, Ferro Lad's, and Timber Wolf's.

If you have a halfway decent printer attached to your computer, you can make your own with that iron-on transfer paper which you can get at office supply stores and such. All you need is a t-shirt and Google images.
Is that a moon?
