Can't wait to meet the old Rokk myself. It'll be fun having the three founders all together.

LOL. I have a feeling you're REALLY going to enjoy having Mysa around at times as well. The scenery will improve dramatically when shes on! wink

Hey, guys.

No sweat about disappearing, Vee. I understand about connection problems. I waited around a bit to say good-bye, but I was ready for bed.

I'll try to get on Wednesday night again, but I'm not sure if I can. We've got company. It depends when they leave. They're no night owls, so I should probably be able to get on around 10 my time for at least a Founders screenshot.

Oop -- gotta actually do some work now. smile

Okay, if some of you don't show up on CoH soon, I'm going to run out of charachter slots to fill. Since no one was around last night either, I ended up completing my fivesome. Let me introduce you to them:

Condo ~ Level 9 Mutant Balster

Cosmic Rokk ~ Level 7 Mutant Tanker

Mystical Mysa ~ Level 5 Magical Defender

Kid Lyle ~ Level 4 Scientific Controller

Brin ~ Level 2 Natural Scrapper

Both Brin & Lyle are very easy to spot because their uniforms are pretty accurate. Lyle is in black & white and even has an "I" on his chest and a headband. Brin is in his preboot orange & black. I was able to give him those shoulder "wings" that he had back in the preboot & discovered that the "trident" chest emblem looks enough like a wolf's face to work.

Damn! Maybe it was while I was creating Kid Lyle or Brin. I will be on tonight as well so hopefully a bunch of us can hook up.

Hey everyone! I had a great time on our Legion mission last night (even though we all "bought it ~ some more than once! laugh ) Mysa leveled and got her flight ring (I promise she'll get Resurrect next time)

Andrew seemed quite taken with her, which was fun and she sure proved her worth by using her mystical healing powers to keep everyone else battling all those Ogres & Blade Bearers, etc.

Look forward to seeing everyone on again soon. I'll probably bring Cosmic Rokk next time but who knows... laugh

PS: Scott, I haven't been able to get the screen capture option to work so next time if you're there I hope you'll take pictures of my guys & gal.

Last night was a lot of fun -- especially glad we got an indoor mission. It's better when we have a clearer purpose. Otherwise, we spend too much time just running around. It'll probably help when everyone hits 7, and we can do those Perez Park missions we're all stuck with. I was with Drakefire -- I want to beat something up (and get more XP).

If your keyboard button won't work, you can also type /screenshot in the dialog box, and it'll take one. I have to do that because I'm switching from Mac to PC, and my Mac keyboard won't do a printscrn.

If I ever get over my funk and feel like playing again I'll make sure to set us up with a group pic. And for those with multiple characters if we just let them log off then back in as that character I may be able to do some fancy photowork and make it look like we were all there at once.

Is it possible to take more than one screenshot at a time? I log out everytime I take one, save it in MSPaint, and then log back in. Is there some trick I'm missing, that it's actually possible to take more than one screenshot and have them save themselves somewhere so I don't have to log out and save before I take another one?

As for last night, it was fun to actually fight something for a change...even if it did kill us! laugh

If you set it up to do screen prints by just using the PrtScn key it will actually save the files to a screen print folder in the CoH folder. No need to exit the game or even really stop playing.

I'll have to look to see if that's where the are then also. I suspect though that they'll all be pics from behind.

Seymour: Shadow Lad & Condo make a great team! Another fun night blasting baddies and getting XP. BTW, after you logged off I stayed on for about 20 minutes and got lucky. Found a spot with lots of groups of 7 Skulls and made lvl 10 in about 15 minutes (and worked off all my debt!) Condo now has Sniper Blast as well.

Vee, they will all be from behind because they are from the point of view used in the game. Only changing that POV before taking the pic will change that rear-end shot.

Hey guys, I've been having a problem with a Kid Lyle mission (Level 4 Scientific Controller). It's a cave mission to capture the lab boss and his team & free the hostages.

First time I went (solo), I got all through the cave, freed all three hostages and killed everyone (I believe). Still no mission complete so I retraced my steps and covered every inch of the cave on it's various levels. Couldn't find anyone else (BTW, I did get the disc from the lab equipment the first pass through). Finally gave up and left.

Yesterday afternoon, I was in a team up with another player and we went to try to complete the mission. I thought maybe he would see something I missed. (I didn't realize that all the Vaz would be back since it was now a team mission and not still my solo) In any case, we killed everyone we could find but then kept getting "Rescue the forth hostage" and no mission complete even though we could not finad anyone else.

I have to assume there is another even lower level or hiding place that I haven't discovered (or its a bug) Any of you familiar with this mish that can tell me what I need to do to complete it or what I'm doing wrong?

I'm not sure of that mission but always check your map to make sure that you've covered everything. Those caves can be tricky and there are sometimes areas that are accessible even if they don't look like it. Make sure that you've got the map fully completed and walked through fully at least one time before giving up. I've been on a few indoor adventures that do the same thing and I wind up finding the last one on the ground floor that had totally been cleaned out previously. I think sometimes those kidnappers change floors.

Yeah, I thought the same thing so I brought up the map on the second pass each time and still couldn't find anything. Ran around rubbing against the walls & clicking on them to see if there was a secret opening. Couldn't think of anything else to do either time. frown

Scott, that would be very cool if you could Photoshop the whole gang in. I'm bummed I forgot to get a screenshot Wednesday night while Flame Sidhe was there. I don't know him (or her) off the game, but I don't think he logs on with that character very often. He was a 3 when Saturn Lady was a 3 a few weeks ago, and now he's a 4 and she's 9.

I'm stumped about your mission, Vee. Maybe I'll sign on as RJB (only took him to 3), and we can give it another shot tonight if I get a chance to log on. (If I use a 3, it won't skew the level of the baddies inside.)

I finally managed to get some pix of my CoH heroes so you can all get to see them since you haven't met them all. First one I think you all know...

Condo is currently a level 10 Mutant Blaster with energy powers as primary and secondary sets.

Here's my version of our Founder, Rokk. His name on CoH is Cosmic Rokk and he is a level 8 (I think) Mutant Tanker

[Linked Image]

I wish I had tried to do his preboot skimpy black uniform but didn't think of it at the time (actually didn't think of it until a few nights ago when Seymour asked if I had.

In any case I kinda like the way he turned out.

Then there's my version of Invisible Kid, Kid Lyle. He's a level 7 Scientific Controller with Primary Illusion powers (which means he eventually can earn invisibility) and Radiation Emission as his secondary
