i think BAD ROMANCE was the best number to date, topping even the LIKE A VIRGIN number. (in my opinion) the show really plays to the singers strengths. and it was good to see Quinn back in action.

yeah, Curt's dad is the best.

I've had bad romance in my head ever since "rah rah oo lah lah"

Bad Romance is one of those songs I will NEVER get sick of!

They did the song justice.

RAH, RAH, OH HA HA
ROMA, ROMA-MA
GAGA, OOH LA LA
WATCH OUT FOR ROMANCE!

I did something I don't do that often, even for "Glee," and that was rewind and watch "Bad Romance" again. They just did an awesomely fun job of it.

And I liked the duality of the Kurt/Finn/Burt scene. Up until he went overboard with the F-word, Finn was actually right. Kurt didn't want to admit it, but he was definitely letting his hots for Finn cloud his judgment. Like one of my blogs mentioned, I think the scene could have been a bit stronger if Burt had acknowledged that with a few words to Kurt, too, but I still thought it was all well-played.

Funk was kind of a mixed bag but I still enjoyed it for the most part.

Today is the release of both the new album and tonights the finale! I can't wait to watch it. I'd like to have a viewing party but I don't know that many people around here that watch it.

Loved the finale-- TO SIR WITH LOVE made me mist up... and Jonathan Groff finally got to show off more of what he's capable of- I thought BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY was terrfic and liked the way it was edited to parallel Quinn's giving birth- down to Jesse St. James being lifted up out of a circle of dancers at the same time the baby was born.

The relationship between Sue Sylvester and Matthew Morrison's character should be an interesting to watch next season.

Did any Gleeks watch the Tony Awards last night? With Matthew Morrison and Lea Michele performing (kind of odd, since neither have been on Broadway all year- but I guess capitlizing on GLEE's success is hardly a bad thing.)

Sean Hayes was great, but Kristen Chenowith store the show!

The premiere was quite amusing! I love Coach 'Beast' and Chord Overstreet ('Sam') is a little slice of heaven on earth.

I enjoyed the premiere, especially the teaser with Jacob Ben Israel giving voice to all the complaints lodged against the show: "too much 80s, Shuster rapping, Rachel controlling, etc." Very good stuff. Coach Beiste is awesome! Rachel sending the Filipino girl to the crack house for an audition was awesome! One of the many things I like about "Glee" is that the creators are willing to let the lead characters by nasty, petty, cruel and make really bad decisions, and the consequences aren't smoothed over with hugs by the end of the episode. And Brittany steals every scene "People think I was on vacation all summer but I was really lost in the sewers."

...but you don't have a moment where you're sitting there staring at a table full of twenty-five characters with little name signs that say, "Hi, my superpower is confusing you!"

watched the season premiere, it didn't make me cry like past episodes have. or take me to my happy place.

loved the coach beast addition, the addition of all the new villains really, the blond guy and sunshine. was worried they were going to be regular cast members.

no great moving numbers though, really over the new york song.

more mike chnag abs!!!

loved the return of quinn except for the bitch slap by boobs, i was really starting to like santanna too.

I think both Chord & Sunshine have potential but I prefer Chord. Although I'm still wishing I got his part TBH. Did anyone hear the part where they said "Matt" transfered? I didn't here any news about him getting fired or anything, so I fond that odd. Did anyone else?

*Edited to add*

Chord's character is named Sam? No wonder he reminded me of a certain Guthrie guy.

I was kind of getting over the show last season, BUT the premier this season was pretty fantastic!

I loved Sam AND Sunshine, the new guy who stole Sunshine (!) and the Beasty Gal.
Is she really a woman?
One moment I think she is, the next, I'm not so sure.
lol

I really want some new kids.
Like they said, they need more depth to their team if they want to compete in New York.

If they're going to the REAL Big Apple for the finals, maybe some of our guys here can go watch or be extras or something.
Quite a few live there, or close, don't they?
I could see MLLash doing a chareokee(sp) number at a night club, for example.
nod

Granted I wasn't really looking forward to this ep because I'm not a BS-fan but the cast rocked it! Heather Morris & Naya Rivera did an especially awesome job. Stamos did good too.

Oy, I didn't expect the latest episode to get me so emotional. My favorite performances were "Losing My Religion" & "Only The Good Die Young".

Chord was back Tuesday! Yay! Why did Puck sit out the episode though? I was only (half) kidding when I said Chord had replaced the other guys!

The Santana/Brittany canoodling took me by surprise... and I am not sure I like the revelation that Brittany has sex with everybody.

So today I bought the Glee Rocky Horror soundtrack, the OG soundtrack for it, and last but not least the movie. I think I'm excited for this ep!

I'm a very late-comer to the Rocky Horror world but now I really love it. The music is *excellent*! It's one of the most played albums on my iPod. I don't really watch Glee (I plan on correcting that via DVD one day though) but I might try to watch this episode.

Not too happy with who they've got in the Frank role though. Or the lyric change from "transexual" to "sensational" Transylvania.

What? They changed transexual to sensational? That kind of defeats the whole purpose. I like the concept of Glee and enjoy some of the music, but if they can't keep it real they should just stay away from Rocky Horror altogether.

Hopefully Frank is still a sweet transvestite.
