Whilst unable to get on Legion board, developed a new obsession.

MST3K tapes are very hard to get over here, but a couple of years ago got the movie and a copy of Wild, Wild World of the Batwoman.

immediately hooked. spleen injured from falling of chair watching the heist scene in WWWOTB (a movie which i believe has possibly the first hints of ecstacy use in cinema)

Paseed tapes round to reprobate friends and co-workers. All immediately hooked.

And now, recently, a friend came back from the states and brung him with ALL 10 DVDS AND THE 3 BOXED SETS!!! seriously guys, it's one of the few threads keeping me from the belltower with a gun.

alternately have laughed and/ or suffered through most of these movies (last one seen being the Atomic Brain, one of the most thinly vieled evil lesbian subtexts i've ever witnessed)and am curious about the ones not available. Especially Monster-A-Go-Go.

Many of you watch the show, and what are your favourite episodes?

Oh yeah, I love Love LOVE MST3K.

Favorite eps is tough, but Manos, Hands of Fate and Teenage Caveman have to be up there.

I kinda wish the Sci-Fi channel would either end the re-runs now or try to obtain any available Comedy Central stuff. I know copyright is a big issue but they're just running the few remaining "free" eps into the ground.

The episodes they can still run because no one has purchased the rights to the film being mocked and/or pulled permission to use the work.
