Matt, I'm not exactly sure, and I'm sure someone will clear this up shortly, but I'll bite.

Not sure if she was actually in the story, though I'd guess possibly, as that story encompassed almost every Legionnaire in it.

However, this was right before that backup story featuring Dream Girl that pretty much gave her character a 360 and led to a major growth in fan support that led to her election as leader. Could she (in continuity) have been on that mission, if she wasn't involved in the Grimbor story?

*bets on who will clear it up first: Nighty, LL or EDE?*

Dream Girl was virtually never featured in those days. It wasn't until shortly before the GDS that she started getting used regularly.

Please could someone explain what all the fuss is about? Not the Grimbor story involving his using "space-chains" to encompass the Earth? Or when Superboy was masquerading as Reflecto which necessitated several Legionnaires going back to the past?

That was one screwy story-line....

Oh, besides Dream Girl - where was Tyroc during the battle, too?

Its funny that Bouncing Boy and Duo Damsel were involved, pity they didn't stay Legion members after Paul Levitz came back - may have been his method of paving the way for the arrival of Jacques and the eventual admittance of Mysa...

If so, then Princess Projectra would have been getting pampered, too - there must have been a back-up team at the Legion HQ in case the first-stringers didn't make it. Dream Girl, Tyroc, Element Lad and others could have been in the reserves, as it were

Come to think of it where was Dream Girl in the big fights in the current series?

She was drinking in the rec room just before the call to go to Lallor in issue 1, but on Lallor no Dream Girl. In issue 6 moments before Cos calls a general assembly to go to Orando she asks Brainy out on a date, then she disappears nowhere to be seen.

It shouldn't surprise anyone if someone who can see the future isn't around when trouble breaks out. They probably have a tough time finding her when it's time to do the dishes, too.

If you had every Legionnaire in every story, wouldnt the writers get tired - or the artists too? That's why the Roll Call is such a handy reference and the Mission Monitor Board, for that matter

At least she wasn't missing when the team's two factions came to blows in the last issue smile
