right now - its from 100 to 41...and sadly, NONE Of the Legion Heroes .... makes me wonder if they get snubbed? I will keep eyes on #40 to the #1 and see if a single Legionnaire is made.

I know that Supergirl and Superboy are in there but I want to see the Legion/LEGION/REBELS members.

sadly, the top 100 Villains does not have any Legion villains in it. (I thought that Mordru, Emerald Empress, and Universo would be a shoo in...but apparently they get snubbed! )

I am impressed at the number of Indie Comics. I fondly remember reading Bone as a child. I was pleased at the positions Captain Marvel and Green Arrow were placed in.

I am thrilled that The Spirit placed at number 21! While he may be obscure to many, those comics are examples of excellant craftmanship. Will Eisner was one of the few Golden Age creators to keep the rights.

And of course I am pleased that Dr.Sivana is ranked 82 on the villains list.

I'm not very confident of seeing any Legionnaires in the top 20.

It would be nice to see Mon-El, Brainiac 5 or one of the founders in, but I doubt it will happen.

I still dont like it....top 100 --- only ONE JSA made it..so far.....Wildcat...geez... no Alan Scott, Jay Garrick, Ted Knight, Jack Knight, Dr. Mid-Nite, Mr. Terrific, Dr. Fate, Wesley Dodd...

there are some characters that make me say "who??? who???" such as Scott Pilgrim....which I dont think should deserve to be in top 100.

Wasp #99? Cyclops, Storm, Nightcrawler, Beast, Prof X all made in top 100....I wouldn't be surprised to see if Jean Grey, Colossus, and Angel too.

but none from New Mutants? None from Freedom Fighters?

Nightwing, Cassandra Cain, Stephanie Brown, Barbara Gordon, Batman Beyond, Huntress, Lady Blackhawk, Hawk and Dove, even Batman...not yet to be seen.

Teen Titans - only Donna Troy...not Wally (I thought that Wally would be far much cooler than Barry..but nope...Barry made it on #49). I thought that Static should make it as well.

well its my opinion and I really disagreed with those guys who make the top 100.

my prediction: for top 20: Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, the Thing, Spider Man, Thor, Hal Jordan, Sandman (Daniel), Lobo, Rogue, Colossus, Cable, Songbird, Emma Frost, Firestorm, Power Girl, and Ms. Marvel...

so far NONE from the Legion.

You forget that the Spectre is on the list and he was one of the founding members of the JSA.

You forget that Ray Palmer was a Teen Titan.

But they used the wrong picture. That's not Ray, it's Ryan.

Ooops on Spectre - completely forgot about him....heh.

double oops on Atom...sigh.

I like the way the list ended, the top three numbers had symbolism to the character's respected origins.

I love this from the Spider-Man entry: "In many ways, Peter Parker is the most tragic heroes of them all. He’s got immense intellect that could benefit the world a thousand times over, but he uses it to battle maniacs in tights."

surprised to see Wally West in top 10...Catwoman #20...Jim Gordon #19....Barbara Gordon #17....Dick Grayson....Hal jordan....WW....Rorsasarch.....

Wolverine is #5? oh puh-leeze! that alone should be Timber Wolf's #!!!

as my recent prediction - nine of them did not make top 100!! Rogue??? Colossus?? Lobo!!??? /....funny thing is that I made the first 11 right ....after that blah.

Superman #1, eh? sigh. thought that Batman would be #1...
