I really don't mind losing out to Audrey Hepburn...

"Film legend Audrey Hepburn was yesterday named the most naturally beautiful woman of all time by a panel of experts.

Hepburn, the star of Roman Holiday and Breakfast at Tiffany's, topped the poll of beauty editors, make-up artists, fashion editors, model agencies and fashion photographers who were asked to choose their top 10 beauties from the list of 100 compiled by the drinks firm Evian.

More than 76 per cent of the beauty experts who voted in the survey mentioned Hepburn in their top

I'd once read that Paulina had the best face, symetrically speaking, ever.

Liv Tyler's #2 of all time?!?!? I so don't get that. What's the point of the list anyway? Those kind of lists are usually compiled as a tie-in to selling/promoting something.

I'm so with Drake here... alot of these just don't make sense. Madonna is attractive, but no way is she the 19th most beautiful woman of all time. Jennifer Lopez at 26? This must be from the waist up.

Catherine Zeta Jones is way too low, same with Sandra Bullock.

Dido and Grace Jones made this list... no sprocking way. And on that note, I'm not a fan of Princess Diana being on this list either. I have a hard time accepting Chandler's father on this list too. His mother is way hotter than her.

Where's Denise Richards? Elisabeth Shue DreamGirl ? Nancy Travis? Demi? Courney Cox? Christy Brinkley? All of those are better looking that Liv. Kristin Kruek from Smallvile should be way up on the list too.

Nicole Kidman. I just had to say her name. Nicole Kidman. Oops, I did it again. If she ain't in the top two... she's too low.

These lists are just way too subjective.

I like that Dido made the list. Was VERY surprised Natalie Imbruglia placed at all, never mind placing in the top 10.

And don't be so quick to discount Grace Jones-- I've seen her photo shoots in magazines-- the woman's an amazing chameleon.

I am not sure which shocks me more: the number of woman on the list that I would consider to be butt ugly, or the number that I have never even heard of before....

I can actually accept Natalie on this list. She has a "quality" that I can't place my finger on or put words to... but damn, she is perty. Well what do you know, I can put words to it.

Other notable good looking women left off the list... My wife of course, just about every female that was a "guest" on Seinfeld, Janet Jones (actress from American Anthem (a very 80's gymnastics-type movie) I think she married Gretzky), and that lady cop from the Tom Selleck/Gene Simmons movie Runaway... very blond curly woman can't remember her name right now, let me check IMDB.com, be right back.

Cynthia Rhodes... I didn't know she was also in Dirty Dancing as Penny. She's hot.

And where are the Playmates? Jenny McCarthy is hot, as long as she never, ever talks again. Renee Tenison, and on, and on with the Playmates.

I can't believe that I'm not on that list. Although, technically, I wasn't born yet when this list was put out. Apparently when they say "of all time", they don't include the future smile

Eye of the beholder indeed. How is it that Lauren Bacall didn't make this list? And how are Ingrid Bergman and Greta Garbo in the bottom 50? And Cameron Diaz at 11? Ahead of Nigella?!? Have you ever seen Cameron Diaz without makeup? Natural beauty my ass!

Yay for Audrey! As most of you know, I've been a HUGE Audrey Hepburn fan since I was a wee-young lad with a major crush on her and my mother didn't have the heart to tell me she died!

I agree, she *is* the most beautiful woman of all time!

(Princess Crujeckie could never be on a list like this...she rates way above it wink )

Jeepers! Who would have thought that the 100 most beautiful women of all time would have all lived in the past century? We are fortunate indeed!

And funny how almost all of them seem to actresses or celebrities of some sort...

What I find even odder... is that none of them want anything to do with me. frown makes me sad.

You'd be surprised at how many of those lawyers actually like The Legion and Star Wars. If they were any better looking I'd try and get them to dress up like Slave Leia or Kinetix... you know back when she wore clothes.

Lexa Doig's not on the list, therefore it is a rubbish list that has no basis in reality! wink

Edited to Add:

I mean the original list, not the one immediately above me...just so we're clear! smile

Grrr...Salma Hayek and Milla Jovovich were jilted.

Possibly one of the sillier "top 100" lists I've ever read.

Liv Tyler and Cate Blanchett as #2 and #3??? Come to think of it, Lord of the Rings came out on DVD recently...
