Hey Pete, only found this because you linked it from the Dieter's support thread.
I hope you were joking about this but jsut in case I'm going to say that there is NO REASON to think LW hates you just because they're not interested in something you post.
Another point is that many LWers don't even see new threads, because I think many, like me, just pop in when we get an email that a thread we're subscribed to has a new post and the link takes us right there. I don't often think to check the recent posts page anymore, so I miss a lot.

First of all, it is nice to meet you. I have a friend who loves Mouse Miser (I hope I am spelling it right). The Teen Titans theme was J-Pop, which I think points to a time when Japanese culture had a huge pull on youth culture. J-Pop not only has good sounding music, but also expresses the soft power of Japanese culture in Asia, if not the world.

I'm afraid I just don't get any of this stuff Pete.  I don't understand the Japanese language, and from what I'm seeing here, I don't seem to get much of their culture either.
