I always liked The Heroes of Lallor. They always seemed political to me. Didn't their planet give them powers and force them to protect the place? Or is that Star Boys home planet? I get them confused. Anyhoo Not only do The Heroes Of Lallor have political origins even their individual code names scream socially conscious superheroes! Each and every one of em. Let's list some examples? Or don't its up to you cable is out at my house and I'm off work so I know I'm fittin ta...

For instance Life Lass is probably NOT a fan of abortion and Gas Girl thinks Global Warming is a lie and Al Gore a bore. Name some others!

I remember reading an old Who's Who issue which stated that their planet was ruled by a totalitarian government that wasn't fond of them. By that origin, they are very political. I wonder if it was a social commentary on a Communist/Fascist society in real life. They stuck in my head because it reminded me of the X-Men.

Evolvo Boy was not a fan of Creationism. Beast Boy was a member of the 30th century PETA.

Duplicate Boy was too much of a cad to care about anything but himself.

They're basically mutants born after an atomic war, exiled by the totalitarian regime that took charge during that war (before they eventually come back and liberate the planet). One neat fact about them is that all of the members have powers that involve, to a certain extent, shape-changing, which gives them a nice thematic unity.

Did anyone else here besides me think of Kinetix as the Reboot version of Life Lass, although Kinetix didn't come from Lallor?

HAHA Yeah Evolvo Lad has to be Aithiest or Agnostic.

I think Duplicate Boy is all about Stem Cell research.

Evolvo Lad is based on an inaccurate idea of evolution anyway, so if you're suggesting he's atheist because he has to believe in evolution, well, I don't know what religion believing in scientifically inaccurate evolution would make him.
