Good thought question.
My impression from some stories has been that Bruce believes that using the Lazarus pits distort the mind, gradually turning the revivee insane. I seem to remember him commenting on how Ra's was becoming less stable each time he used the pit. In one alternate future story (from Armageddon 2001?) the pits no longer work on Ra's so Talia kills Bruce so she can put him in the pit and he can become the new leader of the League of Assassins, but Bruce had figured out her intention and in case she succeeded had rigged his own body with explosives to destroy both his body and the pit, he was so determined not to be raised by it.
So I imagine he would view bringing his parents back to life in that fashion with revulsion.
I don't know if this view has continued through later stories.
