So, we can (and will) play games on Spaceopoly and post to the many threads on the boards here, and I know the world isn't going to end on January 28, 2009.
That being said, what are you doing till Legion of Super-Heroes #50 and Legion of 3 Worlds #3 come out on the same day, 38 days from now? Looking forward to them? Dreading the day? Yawning? Giving up in favor of other books?

I'm busy putting red capes on my dog, cat, monkey, horse and cousin, then turning them loose in the backyard!

I put up a shelf for all my Heroclix Legionnaires!

I'm shrinking down super-small to enter Lash's blood stream and fight off all those deadly nuerotoxins from the booze he'll be drinking!

I've been pacing myself by reading only snip-its of my 'Legion Outpost" and 'Teenagers from the Future' books for this very reason!

But I don't know if I can stretch them out that long...

I'm gathering together an elite squad of special young people to train for the day the Legion returns and needs new members. So far I have Condo Arlik, Brek Bannin, Tao Jin, Kono, & Jenni Ognats.

I'll be rereading a lot of Legion issues, from my Showcases and other original Legion stuff, to rereading Shooter's run (and possibly even Wak)

I will keep collecting back issues until I have all of the threeboot. I still need 9 more issues.

Perhaps I should have used a better term?

I will be rereading my archives. There's a lot of Legion history I need to catch up on soon.

Lo3W is pushed to the 28th now? This had better be a HELL of a comic book.

To add insult to injury, DC's web site implies that there are preview pages available for Lo3W # 3 - but when you click on that, it gives you the first five pages of issue # 2.

I'll wrap up reading Archives #7 and rading Scalped, Local, The Alcoholic and some other trades that are long overdue reading. Just to be sad to see Shooter gone next month.

I'll be working on "Shooter's Other Women" and "Visions of Winath" essays for the Klordny apa.

Fortunately, I never get tired of rereading all the old Legion comics.

I'm setting up my tivo to record the Legion episode of smallville.
