I heard that after the Titans/Legion cross over that a member of the Legion will remain with the Titans permantly!!!!

Star Boy seems most likely, but I'd say Ferro is a possibility as well!

Geoff Johns *did* confirm in a recent chat that Superboy is sticking with the Titans, so hopefully the rumor just refers to Kon. If anybody else has to go, it should be Ferro. He's as much a time anomaly as Kon. But would he really fit in with the Titans? Don't think so.

The Starboy becomes Star Man concept comes from "Kingdom Come"'s vision of the future. DC has shown a serious inclination to trend toward that view of the future (look at Magog and other elements of KC winding up in mainstream continuity).
I'd have to say that there is a VERY good chance that if a Legion member does wind up in the past, it'd practically have to be Starboy. yup.
