I mentioned this in the Legion Movie on the Legion board. Last year at GayLegionCon IV there was a Pitch the Legion Movie contest. I had an entry in each of the three categories and won first prize for two of them (I got some nifty original art from the organizers as my prizes.)

Anyway, in case anyone is interested, here they are. If anyone else wants to take a stab at this, I'd be interested in reading it.

The rules are that the pitch is 1000 words or less. You must include a cast for the major characters (this doesn't get included in the word count). The available eras are:
1. The Silver Age
2. Any other time period
3. Now

Teaser:
Jo-Nah is on the run from both the Space Police and Rimbor smuggling gang. He steals an air car to escape into hyperspace only to wind up being swallowed by a space whale as soon as he jumps out of warp.

The Legion of Super-Heroes starring in The Moby Dick of Space!

Theme Song: "He's the Moby Dick of Space", sung by Brenda Lee

The SPs notify the Legion that the space whale has been causing havoc with interplanetary travel. It seems to be drawn to warp drives and destroys ships when they drop out of warp. Lightning Lad leads a mission against the beast, but the whale is immune to his power and the feedback disintegrates his arm. The other Legionnaires rush him back to earth where he gets a new prosthetic arm.

Meanwhile the Legion easily defeats the Taurus Gang on Mars. The robbers are astonished when their stolen loot turns out to Chameleon Boy's pet, Proty.

Lightning Lad insists on leading the next mission, against doctor's orders. This time the beast wrecks the cruiser and Garth is killed trying to rescue Saturn Girl. In vain, it seems, because the beast swallows her whole. However, Saturn Girl communicates to Triplicate Girl and Colossal Boy that she's still alive. They retrieve Garth's body and radio headquarters with the news.

Back on Earth, Cosmic Boy says that the only way to save Imra is release Mon-el from the Phantom Zone. Brainy's formula only lets him leave for twelve hours before his fatal condition kills him, but he's the only one fast enough and powerful enough to get to her and rescue her from the belly of the whale.

Inside the whale, the stomach acids are starting to eat away at Saturn Girl's protective space suit when Jo rescues her. He's managed to survive inside his aircar for several days, though hull integrity is minimal and they only have hours left. Imra notices that Jo is glowing with radiation poisoning.

Mon-el arrives and rescues both Jo and Imra. Saturn Girl has learned that this space whale is actually a young specimen and there's a whole herd of even bigger ones on the way. Brainy rigs up a lure that draws them to an uninhabited solar system and redesigns the warp engines so that the warp signatures no longer attract the creatures.

Ultra Boy recovers from his ordeal with super-powers. Mon-el goes back to the zone. The Legion mourns Garth. Mon-el returns for the funeral and tells them about a ritual that might resurrect Garth. It involves using the lightning beasts of Korbel to initiate a transference of life energy from one body to another. He volunteers since life in the Zone is no life at all, but the Legionnaires decide to make it a lottery. They'll each put themselves in danger and let fate decide which one of them dies. Saturn Girl cheats by making sure she'll be the one chosen. Garth died saving her and she won't let another Legionnaire die in her place. The others learn what she's doing, but it's too late. She's dead. Or is she? She shows up alive and reveals that Proty took her form and place and he's the one who is dead. Lightning Lad is alive again. What's more, Jo's Ultra Vision turns out to be the secret ingredient that makes Mon-el's serum work full time. So long as Jo bathes him with Ultra-vision every day, Mon-el can stay out of the Zone permanently.

The Legionnaires build a monument to Proty, Chameleon Boy gets a new pet, and the Legion is stronger than ever. Long Live the Legion!

Judging by the success of Star Wars, the producers decided to film the Legion movie as a trilogy. Only the first film will be described in detail.

The first movie was LEGION: The Gathering Storm!

Opening Teaser: In deep space, a United Planets convoy is being stalked by a Dark Circle wolfpack. As the stealth ships prepare to fire on the helpless convoy, a team of Legionnaires shows up for a spectacular rescue. When the Emerald Empress hears of the defeat, she is undisturbed. She knows this is only the opening salvo in the coming war.

Title Song by John Barry, sung by Marianne Faithful

Earth in the 30th Century is incredibly futuristic. Aircars, buildings a mile high, and personal climate control zones are standard. At Legion Headquarters, Lightning Lad is restricted to Monitor Board duty while he recovers from the recent loss of his arm in battle. Officer Shvaughn Erin, Science Police Liaison Officer to the Legion, is upset by the strange behavior exhibited by every male SP officer who has been to the Mars Training Facility lately. And why is it only the men who are being recalled for special training? Chameleon Boy gathers an Espionage Squad to infiltrate the Facility. The team includes three Legion Academy members, Lightning Lass, Timber Wolf, and Chemical King, whose identities aren't known to the Science Police yet.

Once the Espionage Squad leaves, most of the Legion is away on missions. Saturn Girl is leading a diplomatic team to try to settle the Imsk/Braal conflict peacefully, while Cosmic Boy is leading the team investigating the attacks on UP shipping by the mysterious Dark Circle. Earth President McCauley is extremely critical of the Legion's performance.

The main action follows the three disturbingly similar missions:

On Mars, the Science Police Headquarters has been taken over by Charma and Grimbor. Charma has seduced every male on the base, while Grimbor has all the females in restraints. For some reason, Invisible Kid and Chemical King are immune to Charma's seductive charms, but Grimbor imprisons them both. Only Shrinking Violet remains free to rescue the others. She is aided by the non-powered Gigi Cuisamo.

On the neutral planet of Orando, the diplomatic mission goes awry when it's revealed that several key players are under the control of Universo. Universo seizes control of Orando and escalates the dispute between Imsk and Braal into full interplanetary war. Most of the diplomatic team falls under his control.

In space, the Emerald Empress leads the attack against the Legionnaires with her "Fatal Five", five of the deadliest killers in known space. One by one the Legionnaires fall, with the Empress capturing Mon-el herself.

And on the gambler's planet of Ventura, vacationing Legionnaire Dream Girl wakes up from a horrible nightmare. "They're coming," she tells Star Boy, "and they're going to enslave Earth!"

Somewhere else, Grimbor, Universo, and the Empress deliver their progress reports to some extremely ugly aliens.

Of course, this is just the cliffhanger ending for next movie, where the Dominators invade Earth...

While primarily an action movie, there would be lots of room for character development and romance. The Espionage Squad has a budding lesbian relationship between Violet and Lightning Lass as well as a gay triangle between Invisible Kid, Chemical King, and their captor, Grimbor.

The diplomatic mission would have lots of angst in the messages between Saturn Girl and Lightning Lad. When Lightning Lad realizes that Saturn Girl is under Universo's control, it almost drives him crazy that he can't rescue her. Elsewhere on Orando, Ultra Boy and Phantom Girl finally give in to their desires and make love while on the run from Universo's mind-controlled minions.

On the space mission, Glorith seeks to usurp the Empress' position. The Empress has seduced Mon-el and Glorith has Sun Boy under her thumb. Dawnstar is also a prisoner, but she tries to reform the Persuader. Will she succeed? Cosmic Boy and the other Legionnaires on this mission are injured, but free.

The second movie in the series was LEGION: Their Finest Hour! (Title song sung by Annie Lennox.) A Legionnaire dies, but so does a villain. Earth is invaded and Legion Headquarters is destroyed. BUT, thanks to Vi and Gigi, the Espionage Squad escapes from Mars. Dream Girl helps Saturn Girl to free herself from Universo's mental tyranny. Imra vows that this fight isn't over so long as there's a single Legionnaire left standing.

The final movie of the trilogy was LEGION: Triumph and Tragedy! (Title song performed by U2.) The scattered remnants of the Legion, along with their allies, pull together. Rokk and Vi expose Universo's deceit and end the war between Imsk and Braal. Needless to say, the Imskians and Braalians aren't very happy about being manipulated. Neither are the now-freed Orandans. Brainiac 5 discovers the Dominator's secret weakness: The females of the species never evolved and all the males have to journey back to their planet of origin to spawn. Dawnstar helps the Legion to find this hidden planet and they threaten to blow it up if the Dominators don't surrender immediately. There is some dissention over this since it would be genocide, but the more aggressive Legionnaires insist this is just a bluff. The scientist and diplomatic castes surrender, but the warrior caste fights on. After being denied mating privileges for three years in a row, one of the Dominator scientists, TE-04, betrays his people and sides with the Legion, allowing them to anhililate the Dominator Fleet in a final space battle.

Earth is saved, but at a high cost. Another Legionnaire has died in the battle. The survivors vow to rebuild.

Flash forward 5 years later, to a new, improved Legion Headquarters. There are several new members, including the Dominator scientist and a reformed super-villain. Some of the Legionnaires have become established couples and there are even a couple of toddlers in the nursery.

All I can say is KEWWWWWWWWWWL! The part that made me smile the most is your list of actors! Christopher Lee as a dominator and Brad Pitt as Brainy! Some really good ones like Rob Lowe as Lyle and Rick Moranis as Chuck! I don't think I can match this!

But I'll try, just give me a bit of time !

Teaser:
The locker room at the Legion Academy. Chemical King enters after an exhausting workout. Sweat droplets cling to his hair and his costume is soaked. Slowly, he removes his uniform. Inside the locker is a bottle of water. He wraps his sensuous lips around the mouth of the bottle and chugs the whole thing down. He finishes undressing and walks into the large shower. He turns on several nozzles and the room fills with steam. He moves into the spray and lets the water douse him. Up until now, the camera has been following in one unbroken pan, but now we cut and see the shower from Chemical King's point of view. He hears something and looks behind him. At first we don't realize what he's looking at, but soon we notice a strange pattern in the water, as if it were splashing off an invisible man. From out of nowhere, soap bubbles materialize on CK as invisible hands lather him from head to toe. CK moans and leans back against the wall, his eyes closed.

His moans get louder, and a close-up of his maleness shows it bobbing up and down as if someone were holding it. Chemical King gasps and starts thrusting his hips as if he were engaged in sex. We hear another set of moans. CK hollers out that he's going to climax, but before he does the camera pulls back and we see that we're watching the scene through some sort of portal. Suddenly the shower is empty.

Cut to a vast chamber with a gothic throne room of mammoth proportions. Chemical King appears, dripping water onto the marble floor. Before he can react to his new surroundings, a bald man with a monacle instantly hypnotizes him with the amulet around his neck.

Universo looks puzzled. "I thought you said there were two of them?"

"There are," says a new voice, and Grimbor the Chainsman throws a pair of manacles into the air. The chains hover for a moment before making a beeline towards the door. They automatically lock onto Invisible Kid, pin him to the ground, and inhibit his powers so that he becomes visible once more. While he struggles, Grimbor locks an inhibitor collar around Chemical King. Invisible Kid's eyes open wide in terror as he looks around the room.

"No, it can't be!"

"Oh, but it can," says an evil voice from the throne. "The two of you are the final pieces I needed to complete my collection. I've trapped you all at last!" Sitting on the elaborately carved throne, shrouded in robes, is The Time Trapper. He's surrounded by twenty-five of the meanest, most sadistic foes the Legion has ever faced, a Legion of Super-Villains gathered from different eras just as the Legion was.

Along the walls are twenty-five clear display cases. Two are empty, but the other twenty-three hold the Legionnaires that the Trapper has already captured. Each is wearing some fetishistic mockery of their uniform. Each is in stringent bondage. Grimbor walks over to Lyle and kneels on his back, at the same time grabbing him by the hair and forcing Lyle to watch helplessly as Black Mace and Nemesis Kid lead a docile Condo over to one of the empty cases. There is a latex and leather uniform waiting for him but as he puts it on, Lyle notices that it is crotchless and exposes his dark nipples. Manacles descend from the top of the case and the villains raise Condo's arms. The manacles clamp shut around his wrists and raise him into the air. Another set of mechanical cuffs extends from the floor and lock around Condo's ankles. A post rises from the floor, one with a tapered knob at the end that widens until it's as thick as a man's fist. As it gets closer to Condo's exposed bottom, Lyle can see that the upper twelve inches is flexible, like a metal snake. He watches in horror as the snake penetrates Chemical King.

There's more. Black Mace personally locks a ring around Condo's testicles. Grimbor leans close to Lyle's ear and informs him, "That will ensure that there are no accidental spills. So long as he's wearing that inhibitor, it will be impossible for him to climax unless one of us sends the signal."

While Black Mace works on Condo's private parts, Nemesis Kid secures a helmet to Condo's head. A wide gag forces Condo's mouth open while chains hold the helmet so that Condo can't move his head.

"Okay, Universo, you can release him now."

Universo gestures, and we can see the change in Condo's eyes. He's no longer under Universo's mental dominion. He looks terrified as he discovers his horrible predicament. The clear panel of the display case slides shut and three more tubes approach him. Two of them go for his nipples, latching on to the tits with powerful suction. The third glides over his member. Fear had kept him soft up until now, but this last tube is acting like a Viagra cocktail.

The camera pulls back and we see that each of the other twenty-three cases holds a Legionnaire in exactly the same position.

"Don't worry" says Grimbor, and he throws Lyle over his shoulder, "you'll get your chance on display soon enough. But first we all want to have some fun with you."

The rest of the movie is 180 minutes of the Legionnaires being tied up and sexually tortured by the villains.

The movie has a happy ending, though. Nobody escapes. Ever. Not even in the sequels.
