It's been far too long (at least from what I've researched scrolling through this forum) since we've done a Legion Survivor game. Those were my favorite back when I was a more active poster. I don't mean to step on Kid Prime or Invisible Brainiac's toes by running one, but I think it's about time again, don't you?
One thing I found fascinating about Eryk's 'Favorite Legionnaire' poll is how much I second guessed my votes thanks to there being a third version of certain Legionnaires now. Couple that with all the Three Worlds hype and it got me thinking: we'll soon learn who the favorite Legionnaire is from EDE's poll, but which reality are they from? I recall Lu and Mon tend to win things like this, but which version? Who will be the last threebooter standing? Postbooter? Who would make an Exiles-like 25 member Legion team? Let's find out!
I've listed below established Legionnaires from the three main realities. Some Legionnaires have two or three versions listed, some only one. There are no honoraries/reserves/false pretenses, as well as no versions of Legionnaires who were not members in their reality (such as postboot Tenzil or threeboot Mon). I decided against separate entries for SW6 & TMK Legions, but not the members exclusive to those teams. 111 Legionnaires should be enough.
Let's shoot for doing roughly one round per day. For this first round, vote for your 15 LEAST FAVORITE Legionnaire Versions, and we'll eliminate 10 tomorrow.

what? no Nemesis Kid? no SUBS members such as Chlor/ Dag? Infectious Lass? Color Kid? They were part of TMK era, so should be counted on the list! Gossmar, Alchemist, Inferno are missing from the list, as well (you have Apparition, Umbra and Leviathan on the list).

Superboy, those SW6 codenames present are the postboot versions. I hesitate to count the SW6ers since some of them are rather redundant to their preboot or postboot counterparts. But if people want the SW6ers, I can add them. I just thought the list would get too long.
I certainly have no problem adding Nemesis Kid though, and the arguement for some of the SUBS is good, as Drura did come back for a bit FYL. I'm just not sure how many to include of the Gap members. Visi-Lad? Reflecto? Atmos?

I'd say there's enough differences between the TMK versions of characters and pre-TMK versions of characters that I'd like to see that acknowledged in some way. I would suggest adding in the "SW6" versions, where it's understood that a vote for that version is a vote for TMK's portrayal of the character more generally.

I just may do this from the comments so far. EDE, I'm assuming that means adding BOTH SW6 and TMK versions and not one version to represent both, right? Just want to make sure I'm reading it right.
What does everyone else think? I'm fine with letting people edit their votes too by the way, as we sort things out.

I'm completely unqualified for this. 'My' preboot Legion has Mon-El in it, and the only Laurel is Laurel Kent, so I have no idea what this preboot Legion is!

I'd say that, if you add an extra roster or two, the number of picks in the first few rounds will have to go up.
But I thought the point of this was to tie-in to "Legion of Three Worlds" - i.e., based on Johns' versions, the postbootalike version, and the "threeboot" version. Adding extra rosters confuses that.

That was my logic for sure by exluding different preboot versions, Reboot. Going with what would be in Threeworlds. I admit sympathy on my part by adding in the TMK-exclusive Legionnaires, though it looks like I set myself up for disaster there.

I'd suggest that you should just draw a line, and say "it's started now, too late to change it", rather than fiddling after voting's started (whether or not people can edit). If you start adding in extras, what about people who want the 'toon LSH added?! Originally posted by Future:

You've already got Supergirl and Laurel Gand, which are from seperate versions of the preboot, and neither of which probably exist in Johns's version. I agree though it makes sense not to have separate TMK versions based on the premise of the poll.

Round 1 is over!
With eight votes each, Dream Boy and Supergirl (Threeboot) are the first to go. Six votes pegged Sensor and Firefist to leave, and five votes booted Bloodclaw and Invisible Kid (Threeboot).
There's an 11 way tie for the last four spots. I considered moving on with only six eliminations, but we have quite a list to get through. So with four votes each, say good-bye to Brainiac 5 (Threeboot), Cosmic Boy (Threeboot), Ferro, Karate Kid (Threeboot), Magno, Monstress, Projectra (Threeboot), Saturn Girl (Threeboot), Star Boy (Threeboot), Superboy (Kon; Postboot), and Ultra Boy (Threeboot). Man. Looks like third time isn't the charm for some characters. Ties from here on will be settled by previous round votes.
Apologies for the confusion earlier. I didn't think to call it a 'Three Worlds' game until after I had drafted a list. By then I forgot the fact I had included a lot of Legionnaires that wouldn't be showing up in Three Worlds, and the confusion mounted.
I'd like to keep going with the Legionnaires we have in play if that's okay.
