OK, here we go. For this question, we are considering only those things pre-TMK.

List all Legionnaires who were initially rejected by the Legion.

I've come up with seven:

1. Superboy: his rejection was part of his initiation test, of course, but I'm assuming it still counts for the purposes of this question.

2. Supergirl: rejected on her first attempt because exposure to Red Kryptonite temporarily aged her into an adult.

3. Bouncing Boy
4. Shrinking Violet
5. Sun Boy: these three were all present at the tryout which resulted in Supergirl and Brainiac 5's admittance, which means they were all passed over at least once (BB was also shown to have been rejected in his origin story).

6. Wildfire: rejected as ERG-1, later admitted after saving the Legion from the robotic Molecule Master.

and of course ...
7. Polar Boy: who finally got justice from Paul Levitz, after being stuck in the Subs for too many years!

I'm not sure about Violet and Sun Boy, but the rest are correct. Take it away!

Ok, they were either the goofy wraithy-ghosty thingies that took over Mon-el, Karate Kid, Projectra, and Shadow Lass way back in the mid-70s, or the were the wraithy-ghosty things that took over M'Onel and Thunder a few years ago. (Does anybody else miss Thunder? Too good a character to rot in limbo.) Ummm...they came in contact with the Legion by taking over some members?
