But I thought I had a pretty good knowledge of the maid of might but while pointlessly browsing ebay i came across the following cover. Now I have never seen this costume before does anybody know when this costume was about and how long it lasted? any better pics? any other obsuere Supergirl costumes out there? :polarboy:

My favorites from that era were the first one with the chain belt and hip boots, the body stocking uniform (that had a match S logo belt -- kind like Batgirl's costume) and, of course, the beaded hot pants/ballerina slippers look look that slowly morphed in the iconic hot pants and boots look that she had for nearly 10 years.
