I just saw Landry Walker tweet that Eric Jones has died.

For those who remember, Eric and Landry created "Supergirl: Cosmic Adventures in the 8th Grade." Aside from the work Sterling Gates and Jamal Igle did on her main title, Cosmic Adventures was perhaps the greatest Supergirl series of the 2000s. Funny, witty, emotional, created by two people who actually cared about Kara Zor-El.

DC refused to greenlit its sequel.
