Really sad to hear that. I grew up hearing her '80s songs and thought she had just been around consistently from the '60s.
It was only a lot later I read about what a hard time she'd had, not only in relationships, but in working so hard to get the career she deserved.
Our thoughts are with her family, friends and fans.

I would have loved to have seen her in a Black Panther movie if they had filmed it maybe 10 years earlier.
