thanks thothy, sporting of you! I'll go ahead as I was just re-reading anyway,
Terra and Mirage survived Zero Hour, while most of their Team Titans teammates did not. We now know that they survived because they were from the "real" timeline. but... what was the first, erroneous hypothesis for their survival?

I remember this happening but not why...did it have something to do with the son of Terry Long's perm, Lord Chaos?
(also I wish they hadn't made Mirage so awful a character because she's got a distinctive visual design and a different power for the Titans!)

yeah, Mirage really needed to be salvaged, at least they didn't kill her off...
clue: someone thought they survived because of something they were doing, while the other Team Titans disappeared

Were they in the same protective force fields thing that was saving the main cast? Possibly Donna making it, as those Troia powers were never well defined.

Close enough. mirage and Terra were in the timestream when all the other Team Titans disappeared, so the hypothesis was that being there saved them. Over to you Thoth!

Yay! I couldn;t remember the place Waverider and others were located. Of course, now I'm remembering it as Vanishing Point, so trying to get the guess without the place name. I've no memory of them really. I'm fairly sure I picked up Zero Hour (and wished I'd never bothered), but I wasn;t reading Team Titans. For a spell, DC were going to launch Titans West. The main book began to shift to San Francisco and the cast began to appear in the book, in addition to ones already there. Which 6 characters were supposedly to be part of this team?

The book spent over a year showing us Sarah Charles putting up with him. somehow I feel like that dirty Miri is involved in this Let's try: Gar Mirage Team Titans Terra Redstar Pantha Baby Wildebeest Red Star was the next character with the most appearances. He came to SF on an scientific exchange. Only for factions to send Hammer and Sickle after him. This is how he became stranded in the US ahead of Titans Hunt. It also showed his changing powers. The other 3 are tougher, so it's hint time. 2 of the 3 are closely connected, and appeared in the Tales book as well as Baxter series. The other has a Legion connection.
