The places are: Atlantis,Themyscira(Paradise Island),Gorilla City,Skartaris,Blackhawk Island,Markovia and the Rock of Eternity... The planets are: Rann,Thanagar,Apokolips,Oa and Tamaran... If there's any I left out,feel free to post a follow up.
