In Action Comics #322, Supergirl meets three super-heroines from the planet Feminax, a world which they claim is inhabited entirely by women, each with one super-power, who admire Supergirl as their idol! It later turns out that they are actually all evil space-criminals who have lured Supergirl into a trap as part of a scheme to destroy Earth's super-beings by transplanting the evil tendencies of history's three greatest female criminals (Lady MacBeth, Lucretia Borgia, and Mata Hari) into Supergirl.

It seems like an obvious move to somehow connect Feminax to either Femnaz or Taltar! Also, a Lady Macbeth, Lucretia Borgia, Mati Hari teamup with Hitler, Nero, and Dillinger seems in order!

Great find. Does Time Girl actually alter time at any point, or just telekinetically move things like clock hands?

They're all faking their powers, and she just has a device that makes the clock hands move faster. The other two ate least have devices that do what their powers claim to do!

Time Girl was underwhelming! though I suppose, useful for getting out of work/class early. Or useful for when you're late, and want to show people you really were not late...

Plant Girl, on the other hand... if Supergirl is so amazed, then she should have helped Chlorophyll Kid get into the Legion!

now as for the female baddies: I've been reading up, and some people say Lucrezia Borgia and Mata Hari didn't actually do so many bad things! (falsely accused and all that)

If Time Girl's only power is clock control, I immediately like her 1000 times more laugh

Tell that to the pile of bodies, following your reformed villain programme. smile

As a massive fan of Ibby's reformed villain programme, I'd vote for Time Girl... any time (tee hee). Perhaps joining as Clock Queen to put her past behind her?

Lady MacBeth has the Legiony name, the breeding of a departed Jeckie and the ruthless political mind necessary to succeed in the United Planets. Another vote from me! What is her relationship to the villain The Red King?

The fact that the Countess Bathory isn't included is ridiculous.

If you want to talk female villains, the 19th-century Chinese pirate Ching Shih may be somewhat obscure, but... wow.
