I'm guessing Earth and Titan are excepted because a significant part of the population was evacuated?

ooh duh of course! was not thinking about the Threeboot versions!

EDE is on the right track. In each case the legionnaire was the only survivor or one of only a handful of survivors of their home planet/civilization. The idea came from raz's mention of how many legionnaires were orphans.

Based on previous practice I think I award the next turn to Ibby who successfully guessed the entire list, even though EDE figured out the connection. Does that sound fair?
