This picture started out as my way of showing thanks to Scott for being pretty much my #1 source of Legion info. If I've ever needed a picture, font, nugget of info, or URL, Scott's been there in a disturbingly short time, 99% of the time with exactly what I've wanted. Go Scott!  The idea came from some Simpsons adaptations I'd drawn of DCU characters that were used in my JLTF e-rpg... but I had to apply the concept to the Legion somewhere! Once I came up with the name 'Lightning Lard', things all started to fall into place. Anyhoo - enough posturing.  ![[Linked Image]](http://www.legionworld.net/images/LightningSimpsons.png)

Somehow made me imagine "National Lampoon's Korbal Vacation," by way of a Matt Groening seance. (Then again, I'm also contemplating renting the new DVD of "Animal House" that came out today.)
That was meant as a compliment, by the way. Even though Chevy Chase can scarcely act worth a damn, unless he's imitating Gerald Ford.

Thanks for all the kind words, guys...  I might modify a Kara Simpsons picture I've done & post it as well. It's about the only other Legion-related Simpsons picture I've done.
