1) Bring back Lilith - check
2) Moratorium on killing and maiming Titans for a minimum of (30) months.
3) No rape or the threat of rape in the Teen Titans
4) Threats of varying degrees: from Mad Mod to Triton.

17. Decide once and for all: is the Titans franchise about the Teen superheroes of the DCU or the classic Titans of the past. Pick it and go; whichever one it's not develops as its own thing hereafter.
