That little yellow L* on a blue flag that is to the left of the 'quick post' or above the regular post area? Click on it. There are 14 groovy message icons you can use on your posts.
Only about 6 of us use them anymore I think (Teeds, Eryk, myself, Nighty...Dr. Mayavale?).
Nighty created them and not using them is akin to spitting in his face!

I know--I only found out about them a few years ago when Eryk basically posted the same thing I just did  Now you can totally be one of the cool people and use them...and when other people realize they exist they'll see all your old posts have them too!
