Fellow patriots,
This is a dark hour in the life of our cause. Our hopes for a new day in the light of the LMB constitutional process has been foiled. Indeed had I remained a delegate, those who would keep us on our knees would have arrested me.
I ask you, what purpose did the LMB Convention serve? In spite of my reservations, I had entered the process on your behalf to build a brighter future for you all. At every turn our ovetures were rebuffed, suffering the indignity of being thrown in the pool. Clearly the process was a sham, and our legitimate constitutional aspirations will never be achieved in the framework of the existing LMB.
Notwithstanding my status as an LMB outlaw, I proclaim a provisional governing Senate of a New LMB under the draft principles for a constitution outlined in our working sessions this weekend.
As the first act of this governing council, I have signed a decree seizing all properties of the Ancien Regime. I implore all patriots to stand with me and enforce the decisions of your governing council by disrupting the illegitimate remnants of the tyrants. SEIZE THE DAY THAT NOW DAWNS BEFORE YOU.
*Signed* Tamper Lad Consul and Tribune of the Provisional New LMB
*Dated* Day 1 of Year 1 (New LMB reckoning)

Quislet, dear, isn't "LMB" a copyrighted property? Should we add copyright infringement to Tamper Lad's growing list of offenses?

The Provisional government will remedy the situation as soon as the school board is turned over to us.

Oh even provisional governments need constitutions. Or are you planning on a dictatorship?

Our constitution? See the framework hammered out over the weekend in the convention.
Here's the gist:
Evil Geniuses have unlimited discretions over their experiments, Cats have special rights over humans, We are working to reboot Legionworld.net into Invertedrocketship.net Autoresponses banned

Cobalt Kid and his Dudley Do-Right apprentice have shown that they treat common law like toilet paper. Don't believe them, they're the past join the future.

Tamper Lad,
I believer the convention is still going on. I don't even think you needed your hand stamped to get back in. Quislet, the convention has been rendered moot by our proclamation.
[/b]In light of our pre-constitutional period, your proclamation is also moot. Face it, only by participating in the convention will you be able to win any of the rights you seem to be after.

I don't understand why Space Ranger and my name have been invoked.
I only stopped you from starting an insurrection and have never actually made an overt action against you Tamper. In fact, I'm one of the few that asked for you to be included in the proceedings.
Now come back and join us, and promise no more violence.
See:
No more violence = no overt use of the Office of Security. They cancel each other out!

Face it, only by participating in the convention will you be able to win any of the rights you seem to be after.[/b]I have two additional conditions to rejoin the talks aside from the lifting of the outstanding warrants. A permanant oversight commission for the Office of Security is to be established. It is a three member committee with the sole power to issue warrants. They must vote on each one before CK is enabled to go on one of his jaunts. The commissioners are to be Luna, Caliente and a third to be named by Kid Prime. Secondly I am to be recognized as the delegate representing the Provisional New LMB.

Aww, let's play nice with Cobie. He brings many on the LMB pleasure. I think we'd have a revolt if we did away with him...

I'll never agree to that. And my relationship with Legion World and the LMB directly is effected by anyone even considering that.
Tamper, you have no grounds to even be in on the talks for the Office of Security. Reboot and I are already coordinating our own plan, and believe me, he is no natural ally or bedfellow of mine.
