Notice to CJ and other patrons: we have a full selection of decaffeinated and non-caffeinated beverages, because, let's face it, caffeine leaches the calcium from your skeleton. Although there's nothing quite like real coffee for the true addict...
Semi, I could fix you some scrambled tofu - tastes like eggs. Of course, I do offer absolutely fat-free muffins, which I have been making for years. The secret is in the mixing - so they aren't tough like the low-fat stuff you get in the real world. Don't skip breakfast!
Thanks to Cobie, Abin and Matlock, for the repairs. We certainly have an effective, rapid-response security force here!

As a true addict I salute you for always keeping my IV-drip bag full of fresh, hot coffee! It's like liquid gold this stuff!

It's OK, Semi. It's just the once.
You'll get back on track.

I cooked a turkey tenderloin marinated in teriyaki. May I contribute it to Cafe Cramer's dinner menu?

I'll bring you over some of that turkey tenderloin along with a salad of fall greens and some kale with bacon. Should it go to your desk or do you prefer to eat in a boardroom?

Thanks, FC. I'll eat at my desk, with the door closed so that I can post at LW.

Looks like Fat Cramer's been up all night baking to feed the hungry citizens of Legion World. Bravo!

I'm here for a late evening snack. Some strawberry ice-cream would be good right now.

In ice cream, we have low-carb for you protein people, fat-free for the other side of the dietary debate, Tofutti for the vegans and high-calcium for the middle-agers.

Of course, that too. It's our most popular variety. And, for all coffee-drinkers/addicts, in the interest of full disclosure, the bad news: www.relfe.com/caffeine.html I would like to state, for the record, that I have read the book in its entirety, purchased a can of Teecino and a jar of Caf-Lib but will continue to serve fully-caffeinated products at the Café for any who so desire.

Now that's a worrying article Cramer, I'd better stick with fruit jices from now on.
Legion Worlds NINE - wait, there's even more ongoing amazing adventures? Yup, and you'll only find them in the Bits o' Legionnaire Business Forum.

A cafe owner who doesn't drink coffee? Scandalous!!! What's next, a bar-keep who doesn't drink booze? (Ooops, people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones, I guess ....)

Fortunately, we can consume anything with impunity on Legion World. While I'm waiting for the extra-caffeinated coffee to drip, I'll head over to SHAKES for something extra-alcoholic, and maybe some high-fat junk food snacks to go with it.
