. . . enjoyed the posts here. Rockhopper Lad has no hair, but somehow that just highlights his beautiful smile and cool glasses! Lardlad is his darlin', industrius self (3! days! worth!) Fat Cramer is so funny ~ peas isn't so bad! I'm planting flowers in the containers that seeds didn't grow in and repairing broken garden ceramics today!  And CK saw and IS, awesomeness! sigh Thanks guys.

... am taking two of my great nephews to see Blue Man Group. They also want to go to a comic book shop.
They loved Blue Man Group. Alex picked up Joker Arkham Asylum and David got New Mutants Classics vol 1. And Uncle Quis payed.

Got the convertor box working:
Walter Koenig, James Caan. Caan plays a journalist based upon Harlan Ellison!!! who infiltrates a gang led by Koenig. Based upon a true story written by Ellison.
I love this digital tv. More stations (when they come in).

...was listening to my favorite Legion podcast at work and almost jumped out of my seat when I heard them mention my name. Sort of the 21st century equivalent of getting into a letter column... total geek cred.

In addition to everything thing else, I did a VERY bad thing.
I was at the office, dealing with a payroll problem. She called on my cell phone, and I was afraid something was wrong with Grandmother. Mom just said, rather breathlessly, "TURN ON THE TELEVISION!"
Grife - we've had ENOUGH goofy stuff happening, and I had all sorts of things runnin' through my head - are we at war? massive tornado wipes out parts of Oklahoma again? My brother is caught giving the President a piece of his mind?
*sigh*
I explained to her I was at work, and she said, "Oh. That camera on that you want is on television!"
Somewhat relieved, I talked to her for a few minutes, and I assured her I would check things out as soon as I got back home. I did. And I just ordered a damned camera.

...found out that the temp agency "misplaced" my last time card, and that Unemployment is playing "lalala, we can't heeeear you" this week.
