In case any of you should witness the meltdown of a topic - that is, it loses a ton of posts, either before or after you post to it - please do the following:

Do not post to the topic in question anymore until I or Lightning Lad post to it saying that it's fixed or something similar. Then, PM, e-mail, or "Report the Post" to me and/or LL. And PM any Mod to that forum or Spellbinder or Kid Prime or Saturn Girl that may be in the recent visitors list so that they may then lock the whacky topic until Scott or I can fix it.

If you are a mod here and have jurisdiction in the forum in which a meltdown occurs, please lock the topic immediately (PLEASE DO NOT POST TO IT - JUST LOCK IT UP) and notify me and/or Scott. Thanks!

It's very important that you do not post to that topic anymore until it's fixed. Don't post that it's broken on that topic. Let me or LL know about it so it can be fixed ASAP.

No worries. It was just two posts that I had to bring into the old file.

It's easier when all you have to do is resurrect the old file without rewriting any new data. If I had done it later and a lot of people posted to the screwed up topic, then I would have had a lot more work to do.
