Quick question of no importance, to amuse me while bored at work: Is it possible for me to take pics I find on the web (i.e. old covers), and then use some program to change the colors around in the pics. You know, like turn Superman's costume into different colors and stuff? Do I have to download (or worse, pay!) for a program to do it, or does Windows XP come with this? I don't need anything high-tech, I'm easily amused by the easiest things!
