MARLA LATHAM - It would be helpful if you did not insult these super-powered beings any mor, especially since they are about to get very disappointed within the next few minutes.

WILDFIRE - Come on, old man, it's all in fun!

Marla- Not for most of those applicants, it isn't.

TIMBER WOLF - Gee, if those little squajes can't take it, then they shouldn;t even be applying.

WILDFIRE - Yeah, you got it, Wolf!

Marla - Sigh... Well, if you won't listen to me, at least try to keep your insults to a minimum...

WILDFIRE - Yeah, sure, Gramps. Well, let's get started. First up, with 4 votes each, SATURN QUEEN got her chops (and her arm!) busted by Imra, who is still a WAYYYY better telepath than that second-rater. And PLANT LAD ran away after being attacked by a bunch of... (snicker) Bunny Rabbits! This dweek takes out a Stone Creature, than has to scoot because of a bunch of fluffy widdle bunnies!

Marla - He WAS made of plant matter at the time, after all.

TIMBER WOLF - So? Just turn back into a normal human, for grife's sake! Anyway, next up with three is STORM BOY. Thought you could feel Cos, didn't you? Well, too bad, cheater! And finally, four of ya tied with two votes, but only the two top losers get their walking papers. We have GAS GIRL, the last of those Heroes of Lallor, who we ain't ever heard of before. Good riddance, you're farts were stinking up da place!

Suddenly, a thunderstorm starts up over the area, and a large thick vine grabs Wildfire. Timber Wolf rushes over to help, but a mysterious gas renders him unconscious.

SATURN QUEEN - hom were you calling losers a while ago? Hm?

WILDFIRE - You, you sprocking witch! Now let go or...

SATURN QUEEN - Wrong answer.

MARLA - Sigh... Well, congratulations to those who made it to the next round, as well as the four who returned. Who do we mean by Andromeda (original)? Is it the pre-boot Andromeda who wore the Valor-esque costume or the pre-Anomaly Andromeda who wore the orange loin-cloth?

Welocme to the Next Round of the Game!

I'm in a bit of a rush, so here are the results:

With 4 votes, NIGHTWIND was deemed as having too muc hot air.

With 3 votes, the ranks of former Legion Academy students were pretty much decimated as CRYSTAL KID has his hopes shattered, MENTALLA failed to be thought of as more than "second-rate" and, well, we don't really need MAGNETIC KID when Cosmic Boy is still around!

With 2 votes, the ranks of the Classic Legion are in for a major upheaval. COLOR KID was finally told it was lights out, and all the other applicants ganged up on NEMESIS KID. The real shockers, though, are ELEMENT LAD and SUN BOY. There go two long-time classic Legionnaires, folks.

Interestingly enough, there are still two characters who have NOT gotten a single vote in the whole game.
