May have asked this before, but just in case... are there any clear shots of Legion Plaza/postboot Earth HQ? Everything I can find is either tiny, off-model, has a big hole in the side or cropped/distorted.

These are the best quality shots I could find of Postboot HQ with minimal visual obstruction.

Long shot, perhaps, but... anyone got the Previews with solicits for comics released in February 1997? (I suppose this would be the Nov or Dec '96 edition).

Reason: I've managed to find the solicit text for all the "core" Legion titles from LSH #100 to the end of the postboot... except for the month of LSH #103/Legionnaires #59/Legends of the Legion #3 (and possibly Green Lantern #97, which led into the Legion's guest appearance in #98-99).

I am looking for images of Elasti-Kid 5, Alloy 12, and Ghost 6, preferably separately, if possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In the Legion Secret Origin comic, Triplicate Girl states that she is on Earth to deliver a message. I'm would like to know what that message is. Does anyone know?

Also, is there any explanation as to why she was selected?

I have a player who's going to have Triplicate Girl as her character and I would love to properly fill in the details when we play this afternoon.

I vaguely recall one of the secret council types saying that they hadn't predicted the survivors of 'Cargg under the triple sun' to have re-established contact with earth so soon.

It seems that, at some point, various colonies of earth-folk, lost contact with the central world, perhaps a result of inter-colonial civil war or disaster or some sort of technological upheaval, and the UP is only in the 'present day' beginning to reconnect with the various former colonies or allies.

As far as I can recall, the exact nature of the message was never detailed, but, presumably, Cargg is going to at some point join (or rejoin?) the UP, and her message might be an offer to open diplomatic relations in preparation for that.

Growing up in a family of heroes, Tasmia Mallor always assumed that she’d automatically become Talok VIII’s protector when she came of age. But to only her surprise, Tasmia is passed over. Was her dark personality her undoing, or was there a darker scandal which prevented her from becoming the greatest hero of Talok VIII?

Other than Nemesis Kid, what other notable and powerful villains in the Legion mythos are dead?

I have a play by post game going and as of so forth the Fatal Five want six Lightning Rods. Other than utiizing them to bring someone back from the dead, I'm sort of out of ideas.

Any plot suggestions you can offer in regards to dead Legion villains would be great.

Thanks.

In original coninuity:

the original Starfinger was killed off in the mid-80s. The second Starfinger ditto during the Five Year Gap between 89 and 90.

Emerald Empress died in 88ish.

Tharok was presumed dead in the early 80s, but turned up again in the early 90s.

Pharoxx was killed by the LSV in the mid-80s. But that might have been off-camera.

the first Hunter the died in his only appearance. His brother has been Hunter ever since.

the original Time Trapper was killed in the mid-80s. The second Trapper in 88, and again in 90. The third Trapper in 94.

The childhood friend Exnihil never had.

the Empress, as I recall, was getting rather world-weary. She was basically an immortal slave to the eye. She tricked Jeckie into severing her connection to the eye, so she could finally die.

The first Trapper was basically a renegade Controller who was a puppet of the second Trapper, who was a near-ommipotent godlike being. The second Trapper got tired of the first and disintegrated him in the 1st issue of the Legionnaires Three miniseries.

To avenge the death of Superboy, Mon-El, Brainy, Saturn Girl, Dup Damsel and Rond Vidar travelled into the end of time to kill the Trapper. They were clobbered; only by letting the Infinite Man loose could they win and knock off the Trapper. LSH vol 3 #50.

But the Trapper had implanted an essence of himself inside Mon-El. When that essence tried to take him over, Mon-El fought back, even though it meant the destruction of the entire timeline that led to the creation of the Legion. LSH vol 4 #3

In the default replacement timeline, Rond Vidar, Andrew Nolan, White Witch, Glorith and others conspired to recreate the old timeline to thwart Mordru, who in that reality became omnipotent because there was no Trapper or Legion to oppose him. LSH vol 4 #4

In the restored timeline, Glorith functioned in the place of the Trapper (in one Superman story she was even called the Time Trapper), yet she too was confronted by an essence of the Trapper. He goaded her into destroying him, but in doing so she set in motion a series of events that led to her undoing and the Trapper's return to existence. various stories, 1991-1994.

The Trapper did return, only to be blasted apart by an omnipotent insane Hal Jordan. Zero Hour #4 (1st issue, actually; the series counted down) 1994

Yet another Trapper emerged; this time a future variant of Rokk (Cosmic Boy), who, with the Founders of two different timelines, saw their universe end. LSH vol 4 #61 (I think), End of an Era finale. 1994.

There were two more Trappers after that, one was presumably a woman; the other was Superboy-Prime. Neither died, as far as I know.

The childhood friend Exnihil never had.

Would anyone have a full body pics of the reboot characters Particon, Arrow, or Lantern?

I have one of Particon, but it is too mall to be useful.

Thank you.

I previously uploaded some Particon images to ComicVine that are decent size, though [this link] is the closest I have to a full body.

Do we have a thread that lists / possible summarizes the various planets in Legion history? It seems like the kind of reference project someone would have done on LW.

For example, I know Pasnic is King John's planet, but I can't remember all that much more about the planet.

There's a "How many planets can we list?" thread somewhere, but not exactly what you speak of.

cmk's Legion Help File has a listing of planets up until Legion Lost which is really useful, however.
