I've always found something sort of annoying about No Doubt, but I definitely give them respect for being the more long-lived out of these 2 bands.
Still, to me, Linger is the nicer song so I'm giving my vote to that one.
Another great game by the way MLLASH.

re: No Doubt; I didn't think TRAGIC KINGDOM was as hot as others did, but ROCK STEADY is one of my favorite CDs ever.
Still, my vote also goes to LINGER, a song just as beautiful today as it was then.

"Don't Speak" gets my vote.
"Linger" is nice, but Dolores' vocal inflections just get irritating after awhile.

I wish I could remember how 'Big Empty' goes to know whether I really want to vote for it or not... but I'm going to anyway.
My brother completely turned me off Soundgarden by playing them all day, every day at full volume on his stereo. That friggin' CD was the cause of *many* a fight between us!

STP song titles very rarely give a clue to a song you may well know. Big Empty being one of them. I like STP but any group with Chris Cornell will always get my vote.
