Shrinking Violet & Saturn Girl were both partnered with Ranzz family members, and both emmigrated to Winath to be with their respective loves.

Just as Saturn Girl played a major role in Legion Lost, the story where Kari first appeared, so was preboot Imra a major character in the story where Chuck was inducted.

Umbra and Cosmic Boy both lost their homeworlds' suport during the DnA run. Tasmia was replaced by Grev, while Rokk was a criminal vigilante.

my first thought-- Shady and Cosmic Boy were impersonated by crooks seeking to rob the old, junked rocketship HQ, only to be stopped by the Subs.

Next-
Dragonmage and Kid Psycho.

Both look dashing in green! Both also were rejected from Legion membership (postboot for Xao), though Superboy later got Kid Psycho entered as a reservist.

Triad and Kid Quantum II: the two women who ran the Legion - at least administratively - in the last incarnation of the Legion series.

Two of the five Legionnaires blackmailed into busting up the Taurus Gang.

Element Lad discovered that Colossal Boy was married to a Durlan actress, Yera, instead of Shrinking Violet (who everyone thought she was).

Star Boy and Colossal Boy were two of the Legionnaires who picked up new cruisers from Nullport. They shared some snappy repartee while waiting.

Both of these were rather hateful of the Legion when they first met - Tyroc because of the racial issues and Gates because of his political views.

both have connections to a sorceress named Mysa. Preboot, Mysa was Nura's sister, while in Reboot, Mysa manipulated Zoe.

Brainiac 5 and Timber Wolf

Brainy and Brin soloed together at the outset of the Quiet Darkness. Brainy later wracked his brains looking for a cure, and was even later the only one who knew Briin'd been sent back to the 1990s.

Next: Tyrok and Monstress

Both have dealt with issues of discrimination - Tyroc's people once suffered from it, while Monstress endured it as revealed in her rather poignant origin story.

Next: Bouncing Boy and Star Boy

Both Legion men were involved with Legion women who *might* not have been 100% faithful. While in a long-term relationship with Star Boy, Dream Girl flirted with everyone and was seen out & about on the Metropolis party circuit with another man. While married to Bouncing Boy, Duo Damsel was seen frolicking naked with Collosal Boy - while it may have been Yera masquerading as another Legionnaire, it was definitely implied that Lu's bodies had different tastes.

NEXT: Shadow Lass and Cosmic Boy

Both have a connection to the dark. Shadow Lass projects shadows which create darkness. Cosmic Boy was in a long term relationship with Night Girl, who's power manifest in the dark.

Mon & Condo

Both have been isolated from human contact before: Mon while he was in the Phantom Zone, and Condo was kept in a lab before Lyle brought him home.
