Not only that, but did you know they spray "natural" Christmas trees with Fir Green to give them that nice, even colour? Only three 2.5 gallon jugs left at the Feeds 'n Needs store in town. Cheaper than nitrogen fertilizer and longer lasting. I feel so betrayed.

There is a Santa Claus. My aunt says she saw him when she was little, and I saw him in fifth grade!
True story, I swear! I had a small Christmas tree in my room so Santa could leave a present under it to keep me quietly occupied long enough to let my parents sleep until 6:30 or 7 (instead of 4:30 or 5). I was doing the squinty-eyed-pretend-to-sleep thing. (I know, fifth grade is kind of old, but I still wanted to believe.) He put the present under the tree, went behind my bed and didn't come out. After 5 minutes or so, I ran downstairs to tell my folks, who were sound asleep. They told me to go back to bed. I laid down and saw four short shadows and one big one fly by my window (we were near a streetlight) -- and it wasn't headlight shadows.
So, believe, Cramer. I saw him!!
Now that spray thing -- that's just wrong.

But there is a Satan Claws. (It's really a masked Streaky under the influence of wonky Kryptonite-X...)

COVER your ears, Virginia!
White. A blank page or canvas. His favorite. So... many... possibilities.

Well Virginia is so close to Washington DC. Maryland, same problem. The rest of us have Santa Claus visit every year.

I rather like that Satan Claws moniker. I've adopted it for the duration of the holiday season.
Thanks, Stu! There'll be an extra orange in your stocking!
