I was just starting to really get into the show when it was taken off the air. I still can't figure what FOX was thinking by not airing the two-hour pilot first. I wonder if Joss was at all inspired by "Cowboy Beebop"? There's a certainy similarity to the dysfunctional family aspect to the crew and that some of them have their own secret pasts to deal with. I hope the movie finally deals with the psychic girl, or whatever she is. My only gripe with the show is that that subplot moved too slowly. "Death of a Legionnaire" fan comic

It was canceled before I had a chance to really get into it, but I'll definitely see the movie, and possibly buy the DVD (if I have any money left after all the other DVD sets I'm planning to buy in the next couple of months). Plus, I always thought the show would have fared better in a different setting that would have allowed it to be PG-13... (And I can't believe Joss Whedon contributed to Toy Story...)

OP Portfolio Boy Leader Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 2,793 Sumner, ME	In addition to having the episodes in the correct order (some regular eps where broadcasts out of order in addition to the pilot being shown last), the DVD to be released in December will contain the 3 episodes that were finished but unaired. I urge ALL Legion Worlders to consider this DVD as Firefly was SUPER ASWSOME COOL!!!!
