Wayne's incredibly hard-headed estranged Mrs. (Maureen O'Hara) shows up, giving everyone hell, ahd DeCarlo doesn't tolerate a bit of it! (It's sort of a comedy... sort of. They sure don't make 'em like this anymore-- heh.)

I guess she's with Herman and Grandpa now. The only character in all of literature who has been described as "badnass" while using the phrase "vile miscreant."
