If you look at this image from Countingdown.com you'll see this is the same FF poster used by Marvel at a Con earlier this year.

Aside from "Face/Off", he's been really over the top and melodramatic when he plays villains (well ok, he was all those things in "Face/Off" as well, but John Woo still made it a good movie).
