I got my copy of BotLO, and Dean's sketch is indeed on the last page (the Afterward) and it does indeed have the caption "This one's for all the kids at Legion World. Ladies and gentleman... Lester Spiffany!" There's room for all God's creatures...right next to the mashed potatoes!
