At the bottom of the main page it says that no event is scheduled for today.

So I ask you: What should we have scheduled for today?

I say we should schedule a Bacon Sandwich event for today

But would a sandwich really be considered an "event"?

What about expanding on it a bit, and schedule a "Bacon Buffet Bonanza!"

This is Legion World, after all. Never be afraid to aim too high wink

In that case, let's have a "Boffo Bacon Buffet Blowout Bonanza"

We will still need other events to schedule for other day in which no events are scheduled

My Boffo Bacon Buffet Blow-out Bonanza was quite delicious. I hope yours was as well

So, what event should be scheduled for tomorrow?

Perhaps a triathalon, to work off today's event wink

A Bacon Sandwich can be an event -- depending on what Legion Worlders are participating in the so-called "sandwich"... wink laugh

I like the triathalon suggestion - depending on what events would be included. Maybe posting, cooking and comics reading? Or is that better for a Sunday?

I added a semi-whimsical, once-private "holiday" to the Calendar as an event on the second of August. For more about it, read here .

A STU-Vee-Semi sandwich would be... interesting.

So is Grey's holiday.

How about a Lurker Day? Nobody posts anything for 24 hours. I'll accept bets for who's gonna crack and post first. laugh

IB, I'm fairly certain you would be close to even odds with the bookies as would most of us! laugh

Yes, I fear that if my suggestion is ever put to use, we'll need to add a new forum: the Mental Asylum. laugh

NOTICE: May 7th is Tuba Day. Please bring your tubas to the luncheon room for an informal jam session.

By the way, when is Princess Crujectra Day?

It's always good to plan ahead. September 19th is International Talk Like a Pirate Day!

Or for us, Galactic Talk Like a Pirate Day. I say we make a Captain Frake banner and Macy's style parade balloon for the event.

I'll be there from Wednesday afternoon through Monday morning. Any night's fine with me.

Are you still thinking about a Vegas day trip? And if so, do you have a particular day in mind?
