Today is my first workday snowstorm of the season. We've had squalls and dustings, plus a bit of snow on Thanksgiving, but this is the first REAL snow here. only 3 of us made it into the office, and we'll make it a short day.
The childhood friend Exnihil never had.

It is snowing here in Boston. Not much accumulation coming into work although the weatherman is predicting half a foot for Boston.

We had one hell day of constant snow this week (got at least a foot at home) but then it has been clear. So clear that we've been getting that Northern Express cold. But we did have a warm up this morning. It made it up to a nice, warm 4 degrees.

Today was quite an odyssey into work, but I finally arrived an hour late. The worst part was walking in Nor'Easter from the train station to the office.
Still coming down now, so we'll see how bad it gets. Don't think I'll be going home early, but there's always the outside chance.
Since its still before Christmas, I like the snow. Once, say, 1/15 hits, snow will begin to gnaw at my patience...

I slipped on the ice and fell down in the snow. I was unhurt, and was luckily able to prevent anyone from falling into the snow potholes created by my big knockers

The city is blanketed with 3 -- yes, 3 -- 3 full inches! of snow. School closings around the region. Delayed arrival status for the federal government. Someone call FEMA!

We got snow; only about 5cm (1 inch). It's supposed to know more over the weekend. And since I'm not setting foot outside until Monday, it can come down as hard as it wants.
