Its the ultimate vegetable to get at those fancy 'a la carte' restaurants I'm forced to take my clients to for dinners and stuff! I like it grilled, and even had it deep-fried recently (crazy Southeners! They rawk!). I like it in my salads too. This thread MUST not leave page one! I'm holding a certain nelly-capped milliner responsible for such an important job.
