If no-one has a video camera, I'd be willing to send mine (provided you promised to return it). I could even be talked into editing and making a dvd of the trip for you. Once you got to Dallas, I could take over the filming of the group's antics at the Con, the hotel, etc.

I could still do this after the con (even though we would have the dailies). Having the previews, people could let me know what they definitely did not want included in the final version.
