Querl Dox - The prosecution use a slightly out of phase time bubble to go back and monitor the dirty deals.

So no Imra as all politicians (except Tenzil) are corrupt to varying degrees anyway. Likewise for Tellus. No Reep as everyone will complain that the Durlans did it all. No Gates as he'd want to pull down the whole of the UP anyway.

I really wanted to have Camera Kid in there from Adv 307, but he can only record events he has seen. Perhaps he could travel with Querl in the time bubble?
